Really professional and honest. We were happy with our first time working with Vollans, especially after having a really bad experience at another shop in Burlington. We had an oil change, timing belt changed (which included the water pump and a few other things)and they fixed some of what the previous shop didn't do correctly like the valve cover gasket. Our car is driving 100% better and cost less all together than what we had been quoted by the other shop for just the timing belt. They were really open and trustworthy and answered any and all questions my husband and I had. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing trustworthy car work. We will definitely be working with them again.

Well, I thought I was having transmission problems. So I asked for a diagnosis, assuming the worst. Dave and I took a drive to see what was happening. Nothing happened. Dave suggested I give the motor a tune up. During the process they found a coolant leak, i had forgotten. They had it repaired the next day for an affordable price. They aren't salesmen, they are guys that enjoy fixing vehicles.

My first experience at Car Care Clinic will not be my last. Great customer service and thorough inspection while having my oil changed. Thanks Bill and all! I'll be back!
