Called on 2/13, spoke with Fidel and asked for a quote for certain repairs on a vehicle, was told he would call me back in a couple hours with the quote. It is now 2/20 and he never called me back. Edit based on response: I had Fidel read my phone number back to me to confirm he had my number correct. I also tried calling later in the day on 2/13 but before they closed and no one answered. I have not visited the shop previously, as a potential new customer - no thanks.
Christine, I am so sorry to have kept you waiting! That was absolutely not our intention. Fidel attempted to contact you, but it appears we ended up with the wrong phone number. We do not have your number in our system as you have never visited our shop. If you can find the time, please contact Fidel again and we will be more than happy to get you taken care of.
