Brenda and Tim especially made us feel right at home, getting us both settled in the lobby, making sure we were getting every need met. Going above and beyond to connect us with community resources for our new little family that was clearly struggling. We were there 3 half days and 2 nights. They wanted to be sure the van was 100% ready to take us upriver to Diablo. They made sure the issue with the van was handled, keeping the cost as low as possible and maintained what was necessary without any added expense, but gave us an idea of what could be done down the road. Vollan’s will always hold a special place in my heart as another home and family.
