They did a excellent job, went in for a oil change and they checked everything my car is running a lot better, it took longer than I expected but we'll worth the time

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Vollans Automotive! They were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They brought me into the garage and showed me where an oil leak was coming from on my car, and they gave me a quote far below what another garage was going to charge me. There was a question of how old the spark plugs were, and whether they need to be changed while the engine was moved to fix the oil leak. I mentioned that we had changed them a couple of years ago at a dealership in Idaho, and Tim went out of his way to track down that dealership and found out that the spark plugs are not due for another change yet - saving me money! It was a truly refreshing experience working with them, and I will be back.

Tim was a pleasure to deal with. Got me right in. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 24 hrs. I expressed concern on another issue. They checked it out said it was still good when he could have easily up sold me. 5 stars for team Vollans.

Not many mechanics have smiles on their faces now a days! Upon walking into this place you get greeted by Tim, jokes and laughter all around. And oh yeah, great professional work too! Just had our oil changed this time but have had lots of other issues with our vehicles that they have fairly and efficiently taken care of for us! Thanks guys! Love doing business with ya!
