Greg, I'm not sure what has changed since you visited us over a year ago! We have tried to call, but have not heard back. When you visited us back in April '22 after your wheel fell off your truck 2200 miles from home, after calling multiple shops to try to get it fixed, you were able to find us. You may remember that we moved everything aside to get your Toyota fixed as you were on your way back home when the truck broke down! I do not recall you thinking we were a joke when our manager spent the day driving you and your daughter around town to make sure you would be ready to leave as soon as the (expedited) repair was completed, and even helping to make arrangements to get your trailer out from the middle of the road. Whatever has happened, just give us a call and we will help figure it out. If you are having any issues related to the repairs, please remember that our three year, 36,000 mile warranty is good nationwide! We wish you the best in your upcoming trips, and hope you have found a local mechanic that will not send you on the road with your truck ready to fall apart again.

Steve, you visited our shop after what you described as "multiple failed attempts" by another shop to correct an ongoing issue with your alignment and front suspension. Our team was able to get you in quickly, and demonstrate to you both physically and through our digital inspection that you have multiple failed components in the front suspension. I understand that it is frustrating to find that repairs are needed after multiple repairs performed at another location, but that does not change the facts, which in this case is your truck needs work.

I do not believe there has been any more interaction since he originally posted, but our prior response shows context. Derrick, I’m sorry you had what I’m guessing is a rough experience in our town! I assume you are reviewing the wrong shop, as I am unable to find you anywhere in our system, not to mention we have certainly never been accused of being “stereotypical” or a “caricature”!
