Brake line repair seems to have been done fine. No real way I can check under the car on that. Customer service is excellent and responsive. For some reason the tech said the battery needed to be replaced. We declined, knowing it was only two years old. When we checked it on the battery tester at home, sure enough it was just fine and continues to hold its charge. So I don’t know what was going on with it in the shop. We’ll keep an eye on the alternator, though.

I tried to make an appointment for a diagnostic assessment and the woman at the desk was so unbelievably condescending and cold. I have been here once before and had the same experience but was happy with the physical service (which is why two stars instead of one) so thought I'd come back. I almost immediately hung up the phone. I'll take my business elsewhere. I can't stand people who think talking down to you or being condescending is a good way to bring in customers or to help their returning clients. I won't be back.
