Spoke with Mike's wife. She said her husband have not had any problems with his vehicle since he brought it in for repairs. She said she and her husband have brought several vehicles to this business for service.

John said his wife was really happy with this business. He said the service was better at this business than at Filxon's on the other side of Sedro Woolley because this business fixed the problem and they did not charge more than necessary.

Spoke with Yvonne. She said this business is very personable and they take care of things.

Cory said this business' staff was nice.

John said the business said the work would take 4 to 5 hours and it took 8 to 9 hours instead.

James said the owner, Kirk, was really cool and he catered to his individual needs.

Angela said the manager got her in quickly so she could leave Oregon and get home.

Vicki said she especially recommends the business to women, and older women like herself. The business is truthful and honest, which is good since women often get financially taken at shops. The business tries to give customers a break on prices if they can. They keep their word and call customers if something unexpected comes up. They keep on top of things for their customers.

Joan said the customer service was excellent. They got her on the road.
