Thanks, Chris. Yes, you & Chuck have cleared up the issue. Unfortunately, there's no cure for my poor memory. Thanks for taking care of me. :) This is unusual. Within 6000 miles, the expensive 100,000 mile spark plugs and wires were replaced TWICE on this vehicle. That cost us $400 each time. I am NOT happy, especially I'd mentioned that I thought that the spark plugs had already been replaced & was told I was incorrect.

Vollans prices seem fair and they don't seem to stick it to the customer. The job gets done in a timely manner. I'm happy with that!
