After having service done at many shops in Sedro-Woolley I'm confident in saying that Vollans has been my best mechanic experience in Skagit County. The service manager, Tim, is the best service manager I've encountered at any auto shop anywhere. I've observed the technicians getting along really well and in positive, happy spirits during all of my visits. I've noticed that Chris, the owner, is well-liked and respected by his customers. The prices are very fair. The estimates are fair and realistic, not padded. The shop is clean. The service is friendly. The location is super convenient, right on Metcalf. Thank goodness, I finally found "my" auto shop.

The van has had a rash of needed repairs lately that happened at the worst possible time. Vollans' staff stepped in each time to get repairs done fast, correct and at a fair price to save our trips and avoid rental vehicles.

Dan said he likes the work that this business does. The diagnostic was a mess. This business thought it was one part that was needed and ordered it and it was the wrong part, but this business fixed the problem. This business was good at explaining things to him so he could understand.
