I am hesitant to do this; however I was the nieve desperate female. Positive got me in next day I called. I gave the issues that occurred repeatedly three or four in last month. Which about five months ago mechanic said may be issue and I told Gateway that. They said that not issue.Negative.. Came back with entire different issues total over $5000. I said picking up car and getting rid of it. Actually got second opinion. It WAS part of the issue I thought and was told five months ago and cost $2000. I'm sorry to leave this. Went two weeks without car. Daughter took me to work. Roommate picked me up.

My alternator broke and I called Gateway early Tuesday morning. They said I could bring my car in and so I did. Within 30 minutes, they checked the system, diagnosed the problem, and gave a reasonable quote. Within the day, my car was repaired. The team was quick, kind, and competent.

Had a headlight go out needed two new headlight assemblies and bulbs. I needed it repaired quickly as I got off work at midnight on Monday. Brought my 97 suburban in around 9:30am it was repaired by 10:30am. Ran me $436.96. Thank you Gateway Automotive.
