We had a transmission failure on our 2016 Chrysler T & C. Gateway replaced with a new guaranteed transaxle in good time with no surprises. A overall car inspection was included. It was a very good experience overall.

Our starter decided to go out while on a road trip far from home. We were so happy to find Gateway Automotive! We limped our truck into thier shop the next day. Miracle tracked down the parts, her crew got it installed in an hour, and we were on our way. I wish Gateway was closer to home, so I could use them more often!
