OK, here's my story: the heater in my 2001 VW Passat (only 85,000 miles) didn't work anymore. The VW agency wanted to replace the heater core ($1625) and do some more expensive work, so I took it to Car Care Clinic. They found a leaky radiator cap, replaced it, drained & refilled the coolant and the heater works like a champ!

Any time I have an issue with my 2000 Mercury, I know I can go to Dave and Charles and have them look at the car, tell me what is wrong and give me a fair and honest estimate of what the cost will be to fix the problem. Sometimes, the fix is simple and Dave is always willing to show me how to fix something on my own, like replacing the light bulb in the tail-light when it burns out. They are always courteous and knowledgeable and if they don't have the answer right away, they are always willing to find the answer and get back with me.

I've got an 07 Suburban LTZ, reverse went out and I took it up to Gateway. Dave took a look at it and got everything running smooth. The service was fast and professional. The communication was great and I was kept well informed during the process. Would definitely recommend Gateway Transmissions.
