Great staff , friendly and professional,, they do whatever it takes to get the job done , brought them in an older truck with hard to get parts ,, they spent lots of time researching and finding parts and what they couldn't find they made!!! Gateway Automotive and Transmission has exceptional customer service. I took my vehicle in to address a leak and an oil change. The diagnostics they provided was thorough and transparent. Once repairs began, Miracle would call periodically to give updates on progress. I’m happy with my overall experience with the company. I will be using them for any future vehicle repairs.

I have had several fixes to my 2004 Dodge Dakota here. I always get a quick turnaround, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair, comparable to other shops. Not cheap but you get what you pay for ! This place does things right and I will continue to engage them in the future. Thank you for a job well done!
