The price per hr.is steep, likely due to good use of time and expertise. I respect the opinion of the shop. I'm confident they will fix the issues that we have discussed.

Very expensive. 120 dollar oil change? Charged me 60 dollars for the oil alone. My car only holds 5 quarts so unless they filled it with Royal Purple and an ounce of silver this is absurd.

For some reason the system assigned a rating of 1.5 stars to a review of the service at Oak Harbor I left yesterday on June 9. I distinctly remember "clicking" 5 stars which is consistent with my comments. This is very embarrassing since David Wright's stellar and unflawed performance record is now blemished by a rogue "star" coefficient. This is unfortunate since it is not only unearned and also because he is a good friend. Please ignore the 1.5 star rating. The service is 5 stars ( knife and a fork ) in all respects.
