Dave was awesome and they will be straight forward with you. I took my car in for an inspect to find out what was wrong with it. Dave gave me all the options and recommendations for repair, but never was forceful or push. I didn't end up getting the work done because I'm selling the car and didn't want to put in extra money to just turn around and sell it. But I would highly recommend these guys. Honest and give it to you straight.

They made these repairs quickly as were traveling north through oak harbor and our Jeep was our tow vehicle; we felt that we were the Shops priority. Top notch mechanics and concerned, experienced office staff.

We brought our F250 7.3L in for regular maintenance to Dave and Charles. While they were inspecting, they found that our transmission was on its last legs. They saved us from being stranded on the side of the Highway with our horses! Not only did they rebuild the transmission, but they recommended a couple things to make our beloved “Big Blue” better for hauling in the mountains up here. We will only trust our truck’s care to the guys at Oak Harbor Gateway!

Gateway was able to service our motorhome and fix a troubling problem with our slide-in. I know it would have taken me a month to get an appointment at an RV service dealer and it would have been off island at best. It was great to be able to have it diagnosed and fixed locally.
