Oil pan gasket damage after oil change.

Thet are nice however when I looked up Kelly Blue Book with the price I was given it was unfair. They seem to have high tech equipment so maybe you pay a bit more..not sure however I personally was not a fan of the prices nor was I told it would be 10 days before I'd be given an estimate...

I have had my F-250 Diesel serviced at this shop since I have owned it. They have always been fair and have helped me out of many situations with this and other vehicles. This time through they did the things I was not able to do or did not want to bother with; transmission service and oil change. Who wants to get rid of 15 Qts of old oil? In any case they also let me know some other things I should do and can do on my own. I always appreciate this because I can do other minor type things such as replace air filters, ICP sensor etc. In any case they were fair and competent, which is all you can ask for. When I got stuck helping my step-son out with a brake job they helped by extracting a bolt for me that I could not ratchet out, no charge and no judgement. They did not have to do this but they knew I was a valued customer and they cut me a break. Kudos to Andrea and Austin for helping me out.

It was great! Both Andrea and Andy were both informative, thorough, and professional. Nice folks to. My car runs like it's brand new. On a scale of one to ten they're a 10 in my book. Great experience ☺️

Always on time, professional and a great team!

Took 2 of my vehicles here for transmission services and they were very professional and upfront about what i needed done to the vehicles. First vehicle was a 93 Chevy truck which hasn't seen the shop in a while and they did a full inspection along with a transmission service and they detailed everything that I should look at fixing but in no way did they pressure me into doing it now or even with them. Very honest and straight forward, would go there again.

I've been taking my 1985 Toyota SR5 pickup to Gateway Oak Harbor for the last 14 years. That's why it's still running great. When I drop off my truck there, I feel exactly like I'm taking a pet to a vet. If you're not taking your vehicles to Gateway Oak Harbor, you're doing it wrong.

The manager, Andrea, is very courteous and Austin, the technician, was prompt in getting my car in at the appointed time. The financial quote Andrea gave was within the limit, along with the time quote as well. The office is clean and offers coffee, tea and a few food items if you are there while you wait. I trust the team to take care of my car needs.
