Was very happy with the service they did mechanics were very knowledgeable and the front desk explained everything to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

All the personnel I had contact that worked at the Oak Harbor location were friendly, helpful, and eager to please. I had my transmission inspected and the fluid changed. all work was completed right the first time. I will do business with them again.

The work was professional and the car works great. However the work that was done should have been done same day but took overbite. This was due to staffing issues that were unavoidable. If I had been informed that the shop was slammed I would have been more than happy to have rescheduled. I award 4.5 out of 5 stars.
