Anthony from Burlington store was covering at Gateway Oak Harbor. I found him courteous to seniors, myself and another lady in for an oil change. Pleasant encounter and stellar mechanic service on my 2005 Toyota Corolla I bought last Sunday.

A service light came on in my SUV and I called Gateway Automotive. They got me in on the same day and quickly determined an oil change was needed. Excellent service and kind people!

The customer service is great but I spent a lot of money to get something fixed and it’s not. I still have the issue so not super happy about that.

Great shop, friendly people with great company policies that put workers first. I only have minor complaints, but they've helped do quite a few extensive repairs and they don't make feel like stupid which is something I've had an issue at other repair shops (not on island). If you're in a pinch and need something done relatively right away they're really good.

Friendly and professional. They diagnosed my Nissan's transmission, ordered a replacement part from the dealership and completely fixed the issue I was having.
