I was a ferry boat ride and hours from home when my vehicle went into limp mode. My insurance company called a tow truck and they took me to Car Care Clinic at 1100 NE Goldie Street in Oak Harbor.The gentlemen there were so kind and helpful. Dave Wright and Charles immediatly started checking my vehicle out and new what the matter was. Dave wrote everything down for me to tell the dealership when I got home and gave me his card to call in case the car started acting up again. I made it across the ferry but had to call Dave again. The first thing he asked", was I safe "then he talked me through getting my car back on the road and he asked me to call to make sure I made it home safe. Mr. Wright treated a scared,single woman with the uttmost professionalism and kindness.Everything he diagnosed and wrote down for me was exactly what my shop took care of here and Mr. Wright told me that it all should be taken care of on the warranty which it was.Mr. Wright was the Angel riding beside me getting me home safe. Thank You for letting me tell you about this wonderful man and his business.

The folks at MTV Towing are always so pleasant to bring my car for service. I get great service at a reasonable price. This contrasts with many other auto shops I have used in the past. The will advise on any regular maintenance the vehicle needs, without being pushy for you to take action. They frequently go above and beyond what is expected such as my last service when I came in just to have a headlight replaced, but they also saw my tire pressures were low and fixed that for me, without even being asked. It is also such a pleasure to get a freshly washed car back each time. The owner even goes further in unexpected pleasant surprises for regular customers. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to friends.

Mount Vernon Towing is definitely a company I would recommend to others. They were so very kind and helpful through the entire process. One employee even helped unload my things from my old car. The service they provide goes above and beyond expectation.

Great customer service! My appointment was scheduled and performed on time. I waited in the seating area where they have WI FI and coffee! I kind of wish they had more magazines for us women or the TV on. No big deal, since my service was quick. There were a few issues about my truck that were brought to my attention but only to find out that I had already installed a new timing belt, etc. They are on top of it all, but without the pressure to have more work done. I appreciated that. I think my truck could have been washed a little bit better but am not complaining! It was really dirty! Nice place and very nice people. Tom was helpful as was another tall blonde fellow who showed me how to use the coffee maker! :-))

Cost a lot but great service

Done on time at a reasonable cost.

Took to long I was there until after 5:30 when my appointment was at 4pm. I also had a car wash, but they left dirty spots everywhere. Very noticeable when the car dried. Just wondering if this is because I used a coupon and the same service is not available unless you pay full price? thank you
