I've been using these guys for 3 years and I knew they were good based on the level of detail and professionalism they put into every repair order. But this last time they far exceeded my expectations, Not only did they perform the required maintenance at a marvelously low price, but they found the source of chronic engine vibration that I had chalked up to the vehicle's old age. while replacing my timing belts, they discovered a bent engine mount that was invisible except during timing belt replacements. They replaced the mount and my 168K mileage vehicle is running like a new car! Huge kudos and special thanks to Charles! In Oak Harbor, this is THE repair shop to call when your car needs work.

I had a new clutch put in and then moved several states away. When it began acting up again after 5000 miles, I called and told them about the problem. They found me a local transmission shop to go to and paid for the repair with no hassles. The local shop said the failure was related to a defective part that they would have had no way of detecting and the workmanship looked good. They get five stars because of the service after the sale.

As I stated above, my vehicle was in for major brake work and yet a sound was heard by us all. they kept at it and took care of the sound all the while being honest about what it may be and the next steps they were going to take.

It is going to have more problems, but they changed the fluid and cleaned the filters so it will last a little longer. The people were professional and friendly, and their prices were reasonable. If you have a car that needs care, I'd take it there!

They always treat us well and take care of the problem. They go the extra step to make sure we are happy with the service they have done. When we had problems with our transmission, they went beyond what I expected and they even test-drove the vehicle to make sure it was taken care of. RAV4 2003 - had transmission rebuilt in addition to several smaller tune ups and parts changes. Car was giving a number of errors and problems. Dave and his team did extensive troubleshooting to identify all issues and find solutions for every problem. Meantime, I had to go out of state for work, leaving car in shop's care. Upon my returning back, car was in a great operational state. She runs perfect now and feels reliable once again. In my experience with the shop, Dave and his team were always professional, attentive to all my inquiries and requests and delivered great results at the end. Communication was prompt and courteous. I will definitely recommend this shop to others and will use its services again for any future needs I might face.
