I went in to Car Care Clinic on a Saturday with a heater motor issue. It was replaced; however, it was not totaly tested before giving it back to me. I called and told them that the other speeds, other than high, did not work. I returned the vehicle on the following Tuesday and was told the resistor had failed along with the motor. Max, the service manager, repaired the vehicle, including the resistor, at no cost, and through in a car was to boot. I will reccommend this shop because of the excellent customer relations.

David was open and honest with me about what he thought the problem was with my Transmission and how much the expense to repair it may be. Once the problem was determined, he was more than willing to work with my Extended Warranty Program; he made numerous calls, contacted the local mechanic who worked on my vehicle, and attempted to find the reason for the failure in the Transfer Case. His mechanic quickly had my rig ready for repair once the "go ahead" was given, parts were ordered, quickly received, and the vehicle was repaired in short order. This all during the Christmas and New Year Holidays. The only down side was the final cost, and I have no argument other than today's cost of parts and labor. The same Transfer Case cost me considerably less in 2012, however, I am told that some extra specialized work has been done which should improve the overall performance and life of the system. I would use Gateway again in the future if I had a need to, and I certainly will recommend their Service(s) to others. Side note, not only did they do a tremendous job on replacing my Transfer Case, but they also took the time to repair my headlamps which have been In need of repair for several months. Good service but to the quickest.

Outstanding customer service and were very patient with me in figuring out what I needed to do. They fixed other gripes with engine that previous mechanic shop installed incorrectly. They definitely make sure that your car is in the correct standards even though it was in a place you couldn't even check and notified me of the incorrect installation. You at least you know you are getting your moneys worth with this company! Thank you Dave and your mechanics on a job well done! You are appreciated everyday I drive my car and thank you for getting it up in running in no time at all! Quality is what you are getting!

Great job , replaced Clutch , worn parts in transmission, Rear main seal on motor , and clutch hydraulics . Job was done on budget as proposed and so far no problems.

Car Care Clinic is really, really great. They're friendly, professional and always get the work done on time. I did have one thing that was a little disturbing, they offered to give me a ride to work after I dropped off my car, which was fantastic but then I discovered they charged me $60 to test my battery, which I can have done for free almost anywhere. I didn't think to ask about it so I was just a little surprised when I got the bill. I would still recommend them to a friend.
