The reason I;m not giving five stars is because I was frustrated it took 8 days to get car back. Customer service needs to be improved. When calling it seemed like only one person Max knew what was going on. The other person that answer the phones should be trained better and should be able to tell me what is happening with my vehicle. I live 40 miles away and was not informed that my car was not ready. Thankfully I didn't get a ride up to Mt Vernon that day. Put a deposit on fuse box last Wednesday still waiting to find out when it will be in so I can get it installed. You guys can do better!!!!

I just had Gateway complete some significant repairs on my 1966 Ford F250. Bill and Max were very professional, forthright, and honest in providing detailed estimates and explanations of the work to be performed, how long it would take, and my repair options. I definitely plan to bring my truck back to them in the future to have some additional work done.

I have used Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmissions a few times over the last year and I am always very happy with their service. This last time though, I was very impressed with how honest and customer-friendly they are. I went in for an oil change and they double check everything without looking for ways to over charge or over sell the repair. They noticed a couple belts that needed replaced as well as an air filter that was dirty. What really got me was when they told me I could easily fix this myself at home. No need to purchase a new one! Plus, because they send out coupons for loyalty rewards, I really came out ahead. Overall, I am always very pleased and satisfied every time and I absolutely recommend them!

Loved having a loaner car to get to work.

I was there over 3 hours they kept coming out to tell me they were almost done. But when I got to the 3rd hour of sitting in the waiting room I was very frustrated

These are 'now' my Peps....We have had some work done on our Big Dodge Pickup and been very happy....deciding to buy a 2nd towing rig, we visited with Bill and Max over the pros and cons of our choices. They were so helpful! After buying Big Ruby, we brought her over and they brought her back to wonderful working order. We are so pleased! Thanks to All of you!
