Even though my BMW is still there I just wanted to say thank you for keeping me updated at all times. They’ve kept me informed step-by-step and let me know what my total is racking up too. Unfortunately it’s going to be an expensive repair but I feel like I’m going to be in good hands! A+ for them!

The crew at Gateway did everything they said they would do. They got the truck in and diagnosed the problem quickly. Provided a quote proceeded to fix the transmission in reasonable amount of time.
