I always appreciate being kept in the loop as Dave and Charles diagnose and repair my vehicle. I like that if they see something additional that concerns them they prepare to take care of it and call me with the findings. They don’t want me to spend money that I don’t have to , but at the same time want me to save money by taking care of additional issues they may find during a repair.
