Took my Lexus GS300 in to get checked out, problem with transmission harsh downshift and was solved, took longer than expected because of weather which delayed the job with parts but it got done right! Thanks for everything definitely recommend these guys to get the job done, please be patient sometimes it takes time to get the job done right! They didnt over charge or come up with excuses just straight forward which i appreciate! Will recommend to my family and friends!

I reside north of the border and was referred to Car Care Clinic to conduct a pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle I was interested in buying. Whenever possible, I prefer to visit a shop or vendor personally before conducting business with them in order to establish a level of confidence or trust. By nature, I am a fairly skeptical individual. However, after a few long distance telephone calls to arrange the inspection and go over what it entailed, it was obvious that this outfit was as polite, courteous and professional as they come. I had no hesitation to believe they would conduct a thorough, competent and objective review of the vehicle in question. The inspection was completed in a timely fashion and a full detailed report was e-mailed to me. Soon afterwards I traveled down to visit with Derrick, who spent the time to go over the report with me line-by-line. Overall, It was an extremely pleasant and valuable experience dealing with this company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any other Canadians (or any nationality for that matter) looking for a similar service. I even plan to bring the purchased vehicle back to them to work on items they identified as potentially needing future servicing. Just hoping that the currency exchange rate improves sometime soon!

Having car problems is very stressful when you don't know much about it. When I went to the shop they evaluated what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. They gained my trust and in return I will be a loyal customer.

Took my '93 Suburban in to have the transmission fluid changed and front end aligned. They diagnosed that the ball joints needed replaced (which I had been told by another shop, but was hoping it wasn't critical) before it could be aligned. I bit the bullet and had them do it (BTW - cheaper than the first shop I went to) and had them do some additional work while it was there (compression test, idle air control valve replacement). They kept me in the loop during the entire process and were very helpful and patient during our discussion and my questions as I didn't want to put a ton of money into a vehicle with 350K miles on it. The rig runs better and steers better than it has in years and I'm hoping to get several more years out of it. It's always great when you can tell the difference in how your car runs after getting it back from a shop. I am very happy to have found a place that was honest, fair and communicative. I will be using them in the future and I HIGHLY recommend them.

As a woman who is mechanically minded, I'm always curious how I will be treated at a new shop. I trouble shot my truck and was convinced it needed a new alternator. I bought one and a belt, and brought my truck in to have them replaced. The guys who helped me were extremely respectful and courteous to me, but after checking they found a loose connection I had missed and was able to fix the problem without replacing the parts, saving me 100s. They won a customer for life with how they treated me and how they did not do unnecessary work or give me quotes on a million other things my truck needed. (Which I already know it needs a few other things soon). If you've never been here, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed or taken advantage of!
