Took over 3 hours to do a oil change and a inspection. Verry unsatisfied should not take that long to change the oil when most shops can do it in a hour max.

Great customer service, excellent car care. I really appreciate the email i received which gave a detailed list of what was found during annual service: because it had pictures, i could see what they saw, and also choose what i wanted them to work on and what could be left for a later time. I have never been surprised by their findings, nor have they ever suggested anything beyond what I anticipated. I have used their services more than a few times now, and have recommended them to friends and family.
