They diagnosed and fixed a difficult electrical problem on my 1989 Toyota van’s automatic transmission that two other local mechanics could not fix. These guys are great!

Got lucky, ...........just stopped in to get an estimate for transmission pan/filter service on my Hyundai Elantra .............and they had some open time available due to a parts wait on another vehicle. Within two hours.......... I was back on the road with my car serviced. Stopped by the next day and was able to get a serpentine belt changed on the spot as well. Spoke to Andrew at length about R V and 2 other shops that worked on it. Blade R V didn't have space for 2 days that it would take to replace rear brake pads and wanted me to go to Marysville there sister shop. I didn't feel safe driving that far didnt trust brakes. Explained living in R V to Andrew and would need stay in motel and needed it finished by Friday after dropping it off on Wednesday. Unfortunately my back started giving me trouble and needed laydown and ice. Before leaving for motel left $ 400.00 deposit for Checking out hydraulics which had already been done. Following day shop still hadn't removed rear tires? That was done friday as they never contacted me. After going g back friday afternoon Max said it be around $750.00 a side seemed high to me but just needed finished . All said and done picked it up Tuesday evening And price Was $ 2400.00 then add another $450.00 motel.Very disappointed in communication between max and Andrew. Along with not keeping me informed.would never Recomend them to anyone.

I was shopping long distance for a used truck from southern Oregon and found one from a private party ad on Facebook marketplace near Mt. Vernon. So I googled around for a good shop to check it out for me in the area and found Car Care Clinic. Had them run a pre buyers inspection on the truck that was critical in helping me make a final decision on the purchase from so far away. Very helpful staff answered all of my questions and were my eyes when I couldn’t physically be there to inspect the truck myself. They ended up sending me a virtual report of the inspection with a detailed itemized quote of the recommended work, including pictures of any cosmetic damage to the truck. Got an honest opinion of the deal I was in the process of making that ultimately led to me buying the truck from 500 miles away. I flew up and bought the truck the next day, knowing in confidence that the truck was in said condition inside and out. Thank you guys!
