After a few repairs on the vehicle (brakes and sensor replacement), the manager offered me a complimentary oil change. Not only did they complete this on time, but they worked around my schedule to drop the vehicle back off at my home. At every service, they made an effort to pick me up and drop me off and everyone has been consistently friendly, helpful, and professional.

This was my first visit. My oil change reminder message had been appearing for a while, and they were able to get me in the afternoon of the day I called. They also performed a check of numerous systems, and found no other issues. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Andrea has a great personality, and has a wide repertoire of subjects to entertain waiting customers. It seemed like my car ran smoother on the drive home.

Friendly and courteous when I was super stressed! They diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back behind the wheel faster than I expected! Very pleased with the work and the service! The most amazing, honest trustworthy shop I've ever come across. Our family will be back.

My car dealership(in Burlington) stated that the front axle seals on my Nissan Murano were leaking fluid at 80k miles while I was there for an oil change. They lectured me about the importance of maintaining the "touchy" CV transmission and provided a quote for the work...$600. They requested that I do the work that day. I didn't...called a few local shops that were willing to look it over and give me an estimate. Gateway Transmissions picked up the car at my house...as I commute to the San Juan Islands for work. When I called them for an update later in the day...Max stated that him and his tech were scratching their heads...cause there is no leak...at all! Max said the area was not even wiped down. Max did recommend a brake pad replacement...but he returned my car home and charged me nothing at all. They could have easily bent me over a barrel, but they didn't...they are honest! And my faith in humanity has been restored...thanks to them!
