They were very nice. I forgot the nice lady's name at the desk but she was very transparent with pricing and very knowledgeable about your vehicle. It took a little bit of time for the service to finish. But thats due to some communiction issues between car dealer and mechanic. Dealer's fault but whatever lol. They got it perfectly repaired and it drives as if it were off the lot

I choose Gateway for their reviews, and now I'm here to add mine to the choir. My new-to-me Silverado HD 2500 was leaking from the Transfer Case. They quickly diagnosed the problem, rebuilt the transfer case (with a warranty!) and even discovered some other minor issues that improved the trucks performance vastly. I'll be back for sure, just hopefully not too soon. ;)

I took my truck to Gateway as recommended by a friend and I was very impressed. Andrea kept me up to date through the entire process and I was able to review my truck's diagnostic report and pictures, as well as a very detailed, itemized cost estimate report prior to any repairs. I had a water leak. They examined the situation and made a decision on the issue. They did not charge for the evaluation, the repairs were a lot. It was expensive and they had a way for me to make payments if I wanted too.
