Not very friendly, apprehensive about working on my vehicle after they accepted the job... Shipped my " 2k$ return for deposit" on the wrong carrier.

More importantly, this company met all the expectations, such as good or bad credits.

Had such a great experience here, Fidel is awesome and made our service so much better! Everyone is friendly and kind. Really appreciate the responsiveness this company gives, they truly are a dream team. Also, Fidel went the extra mile and set us up for a flat appointment without us having to go through more hassle. I had to get a rebuilt transmission for my car and they were so great about letting me leave the car with them until I had the final payment, which was so amazing! The staff were always so helpful and friendly. Then my check engine light came on a few weeks later and they let me bring it in and checked it to let me know what the issue was, but they didn't charge me for that and I was so grateful after the huge expense of the transmission. Would recommend them to anyone!!

They took my car in, which had extensive issues, and had it done in only a couple of days. Their mechanics found ways to fix problems cheaper rather than buying new parts and charging me more. I would go to them again.
