The battery in my car had died and I needed to replace it. I was able to get an appointment with Oak Harbor Gateway that day and they quickly tested the battery, then changed it out. I was very pleased with the service I received.

10/10 recommend this auto shop! Our bus broke down and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning. Jonathan was awesome in diagnosing our problem and solving it. The ladies in the front including Tanya were so kind and helpful as well!

Air bag warning light came on. They diagnosed it, ordered the part and replaced it. Very professional and friendly staff who got the job done.

Transmission erratic shifting, spoke with manager, thought that servicing the transmission might help. and if not he could provide options to repair and or replace with re-build or new. later after 528.00 service said there was no hope and had to have new transmission without any options 5K$ so truck on the way to salvage yard.
