If you want inconsistent customer service and your differential replaced 4 times in 12,000 miles, this is the place for you. Three times in a row they claimed the differential was improperly heat treated by the manufacturer. They can't admit they don't know how to set backlash properly. Overpriced to boot. $4k for a Ram 1500 diff. replacement. What a bunch of clowns.
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues again Dennis. We have attempted to reach out to you multiple times to see if we can help, but none of our communications have been returned. In the hundreds of differentials we have built over the years, although it is very uncommon we have certainly encountered issues in brand new parts. Based on decades of experience, a total failure four times is caused by customer abuse. Although we have continually worked with you and covered repairs outside of your warranty period, you have refused to take personal responsibility for how you operate your truck.
