I have been a regular Vollans Automotive customer since 2008. The service has always top quality. They have always explained all repair services, shown me the broken part(s), and charged me fair market costs for parts/services rendered. Since the new owners have taken over the business they are now using the latest text/online technology to ask me to confirm my appointments, remind the day before/morning of the time of my appointment, and email me follow-up surveys. I really appreciate these administrative features. I also appreciate the orderly apperance of all staff, the office, shop and rest rooms. I recommend Vollans Automotive in Sedro-Woolley for their professional/quality services, fair pricing, and excellent workmenship. Thank You

10 thumbs up to this beautifully honest and qualified shop!!!! They did what the other shop said they had, but had not, and at a fair price. They document all their time, parts, costs, etc... They are thorough, honest , more than qualified and even came 30 miles to do a check and drove me home. Best mechanical experience in my almost 55 years. After taking my truck in three different times to fix air conditioner and $638.00 poorer my ac still does not work

I’ve been to Vollan’s several times. Each time Tim has provided excellent service. He’s been transparent about what’s needed on the car, done second and third searches for affordable parts, and shown a lot of patience and understanding. Most recently I had a major transmission issue. He was able to find decent replacement transmissions, and though I ultimately decided to have the transmission rebuilt elsewhere he didn’t pressure me into doing the work with Vollan’s.

As always, a great place. Honest. Quick. Friendly. Thank you As busy as they are, they jumped right on the work and I got my truck back the next day. Amazing! Thank you.
