My family & myself always use Vollans for our auto repair! They are trustworthy, reliable, fair priced & friendly! I just had my car have a major tuneup which I haven't had done since I owned the car in 2013 & my car runs like its brand new!!

I have been taking my car here for years. They are the best! Professional, hard-working and if there is a problem they make sure it is diagnosed and addressed. If the time frame requires an overnight repair, they are always willing to provide transportation home and back when it is ready. Tim is great! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Made appointment for my new Kia and was treated more than fairly. They are now my car repair company.

Came in for an estimate on an engine repair. The car was 20 years old and was not sure if the price of repair is worth the price of the car. After waiting 8 days and hearing nothing I drove past and saw my car sitting in the same spot I left it. I called them 2 minutes later and was told that it was in the shop and they were currently working on it. (Lie)(I did not say anything about it) The next day I was told that the problem was with the catalytic converter and needed replaced. I asked if they could do another look to see if anything else needed repair and they did and said my brakes needed repair. I decided to get the converter repaired for now and hold off on the brakes. 12 days later they called me to tell me there was a different problem and I needed a whole new engine. When I said no I am going to trade the car in they said that they would remove the new converter and put the old parts back in and not charge me. Ok good. I said that I would like to pick the car back up in about 5 or 6 days. That was 7 days ago and I have heard nothing. My car has been there for 30 days now and 2 different times I have come to get items out of it only to find my doors unlocked and unsecured almost 1 block away from their shop. I have used Volans several times before and have always had good service but something is seriously wrong right now. 30 days?
