Andrea kept me up to date through the entire process and I was able to review my truck's diagnostic report and pictures, as well as a very detailed, itemized cost estimate report prior to any repairs. They did a excellent job, went in for a oil change and they checked everything my car is running a lot better, it took longer than I expected but we'll worth the time

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Vollans Automotive! They were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They brought me into the garage and showed me where an oil leak was coming from on my car, and they gave me a quote far below what another garage was going to charge me. There was a question of how old the spark plugs were, and whether they need to be changed while the engine was moved to fix the oil leak. I mentioned that we had changed them a couple of years ago at a dealership in Idaho, and Tim went out of his way to track down that dealership and found out that the spark plugs are not due for another change yet - saving me money! It was a truly refreshing experience working with them, and I will be back.
