I scheduled an appointment with them for a tune up and they told me if I dropped my car off Friday morning I could get it back Friday evening. As a mom of two kids, this was appealing because it wouldn't get in the way of childcare arrangements and driving to work. I called Friday about 45 minutes before they closed, and was told they were "about to call me" but they were having issues getting a part of my car to go back together so they would need it all weekend so they could fix it on Monday. Obviously, very frustrating to me but I worked around it and all was well. On Monday, I called to make sure it would be completed like I was told, and eventually it was, and they even gave me a 50 dollar discount due to the inconvenience. I paid over the phone so I could pick my car up that evening once I was off work. I pick up my car, and as I am driving home realize my car was making a weird noise. We popped the hood to see if we could figure out what was going on, and it turns out they had failed to refill my power steering fluid! I took my car in the next day and they went above my expectations for making it right! Tim loaned me his personal truck while they corrected their mistake and even let me use it after so I could take my personal belongings to storage! I will forever be grateful for how well they handled the situation.

I was sent to this place by a friend. They were very helpful, and went over everything I was having issues with. They took their time to find the issues and were very fast at getting my car out. She runs so much stronger and needed the love they gave her. Definitely will be back if I ever have any car issues in the future. Also, I wanted to add how down to earth and friendly everyone was here. It was welcoming and I loved the atmosphere.

I have had my F-250 Diesel serviced at this shop since I have owned it. They have always been fair and have helped me out of many situations with this and other vehicles. This time through they did the things I was not able to do or did not want to bother with; transmission service and oil change. Who wants to get rid of 15 Qts of old oil? In any case they also let me know some other things I should do and can do on my own. I always appreciate this because I can do other minor type things such as replace air filters, ICP sensor etc. In any case they were fair and competent, which is all you can ask for. When I got stuck helping my step-son out with a brake job they helped by extracting a bolt for me that I could not ratchet out, no charge and no judgement. They did not have to do this but they knew I was a valued customer and they cut me a break. Kudos to Andrea and Austin for helping me out.
