The team at the Sedro-Woolley, WA location was absolutely the best to work with. And, Tim was totally top notch when it comes to helping us even after an issue with the repair. They/He went way above & beyond in order to help us. They now have a customer for life!

Do not go here! They charged me $1300 for a brake job that wasnt even done correctly! They knew i was on a roadtrip and by the time I realized my parking brake didnt work i was 500 miles away. They lied and told me they tested it but it didnt work from day 1. Never got a callback about a refund to at least cover the second mechanics cost who fixed it. Short answer: go to MIDAS. They are true professionals. Edit: They refunded me.

The ‘repair’ they did on my car made it worse. I needed my window motor replaced as it was stuck down and wouldn’t roll back up. My door handle was a little finicky on the occasion, but after the repairs it completely broke within a week. Not only that, but the actual window doesn’t seem like it was repaired well either. It’s very slow and honestly sounds like it’s going to break again soon. I wouldn’t waste your money here, I had to carpool with my boss for a week and now I just have more problems

Rebuilt my Mustang transmission. Very professional and did everything they promised. Why did ford put such wimpy transmissions in Mustangs??

I was a first time customer. The staff was professional, personable, and efficient. My oil change included a vehicle inspection which was value added. And the waiting area is well appointed and comfortable (there’s even a recliner). As a full service auto shop this is now my go-to business for future auto maintenance. Gateway did a great job repairing my BMW. They went out of their way to find the specific gasgets needed for the repair saving me a couple hundred dollars I would have had to spend if purchasing a huge kit from BMW. They reached out to other experts when they were struggling with diagnosing the issue. I will be using them again. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is that I felt more communication along the way would have been nice. Thank you Gateway

I have taken both of my vehicles to Gateway for various services in the last year. One vehicle is a 1994 van, the other a 2009 Honda. The comprehensive report after initial inspection on the van provided a great starting point of what services were a priority. They back up their work. Communication on progress and work completion is good.
