Great service today by Jonathan. Got an appointment scheduled quickly. They were on time and did a great job.

Super friendly staff. If there's anything they think needs repairs, they take pictures, add a description and send it to you. I've never seen somewhere do this before, but I LOVE that they do this.

Very friendly staff. I had to pick the truck up on the weekend. They arranged for an unattended pickup and advised me to bring cables to jump it as the batteries were not holding a charge. I showed up with cables and hooked up the truck. My little Subaru would not jump the truck. There was a tech out by my truck by chance when they were closed, Josh. He took time from what he was doing on his time off to help get my truck jumped. I will be back for any other repair I need.

Great customer service by Fidel. One day after calling about the issue with my car it was at the shop. Repairs were completed sooner than expected. Great location so I’ll be using their services going forward.

Our car had been sitting for months through winter with a leaky sunroof. Gateway went above and beyond from top to bottom cleaning and flushing and repairing things I didn’t know they could! I rely on them to replace or repair only what is needed. Fidel is very helpful and even helped me arrange for the much needed detailing. They take the best care of our vehicles. We highly recommend this shop :)

They completed the work on schedule, bill was a little less then quoted customer service was good which is rare in todays world
