Incredibly honest folks...went in for brakes which they totally could have just put on for me and I never would have known the difference, instead they inspected my new to me vehicle and let me know that my brakes are brand new and the squeak is just them being broken in. They did an overall inspection, oil change, test drove it to make sure everything looked good and I was on my way. Awesome! Highly recommend this local family owned and operated business.

I have used Gateway automotive 3 times, so far, and based on my experiences, I will KEEP using them! I get continued excellent service each and every time. They are prompt, attentive, and have even taken me in for a service on very short notice. I also see the friendly way the staff interact with other customers, and it is impressive. What a great group they have at this shop!

Updated 12/21: I've had both my vehicles in in the last 2 months, and will have one of them back again in January. Professional, fast, and solid work. Fair price for expert skills, and they don't push work that doesn't need done. If you haven't been to Gateway, give them a try. As a woman who is mechanically minded, I'm always curious how I will be treated at a new shop. I trouble shot my truck and was convinced it needed a new alternator. I bought one and a belt, and brought my truck in to have them replaced. The guys who helped me were extremely respectful and courteous to me, but after checking they found a loose connection I had missed and was able to fix the problem without replacing the parts, saving me 100s. They won a customer for life with how they treated me and how they did not do unnecessary work or give me quotes on a million other things my truck needed. (Which I already know it needs a few other things soon). If you've never been here, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed or taken advantage of!

Great experience & great service! I have taken my car here a few times and will continue to do so. The customer service is excellent, I have enjoyed working with Tim and Fidel. Each time I called to schedule I was able to bring my car within that week. A few weeks ago my car headlights went out and they got this issue fixed the next day. I feel that they are reliable, considerate and go above & beyond the service I have received else where. I highly recommend their service.
