I do not believe there has been any more interaction since he originally posted, but our prior response shows context. Derrick, I’m sorry you had what I’m guessing is a rough experience in our town! I assume you are reviewing the wrong shop, as I am unable to find you anywhere in our system, not to mention we have certainly never been accused of being “stereotypical” or a “caricature”! I wish you better luck the next time you need repairs, and if you decide to give us a shot, feel free to come by! We offer a three year, 36,000 mile parts and labor warranty. That’s 3x longer than the local average!
