I’m always wary of taking my vehicle to auto repair shops, and I don’t like to just take them to the first place I can think of, or the one that is closest, and hope that they treat me well. But, sometimes, life happens. Recently I had to get my car fixed on a tight schedule, and these guys were the only shop around that could do it, so I brought them my car, and hoped for the best. Thankfully, my hopes were well placed! I was impressed with their flexibility, and their customer service! When I arrived, they promptly began servicing my car, and put my mind at ease over concerns of cost and the length of repairs, and I was able to get back on the road the next day! I feel like they did good work for a good price, and on short notice, which was convenient, and impressive. I will not hesitate to recommend Gateway Automotive to any of my friends, family, or co-workers, and I will continue to do business with them.

I tried to make an appointment for a diagnostic assessment and the woman at the desk was so unbelievably condescending and cold. I have been here once before and had the same experience but was happy with the physical service (which is why two stars instead of one) so thought I'd come back. I almost immediately hung up the phone. I'll take my business elsewhere. I can't stand people who think talking down to you or being condescending is a good way to bring in customers or to help their returning clients. I won't be back.

I’m happy with the people that work in customer service they were very polite but the quality of the work is Not good at all, they don’t have the experience they said they have I brought my keep in because it was making a sound in the clutch , they said they fixed it, I got it home and it kept making the same sound so I brought it back to them, they replaced the clutch again and they call me and they said it was ready again , less than 50 miles the car made the same noise again, brought it back for the third time and they said they would work on it and I just waited and told them not to give it until it was fixed well and so that happened, 2 days later after last time I picked it up the car is making the noise again, the clutch is bad, and I just gave up on them, I’m stuck with a broken clutch again, waste of money and time not good technicians there, Do NOT go there
