My vehicle broke down on the highway recently and being new here I was at a loss of where to go. While standing by my car I met a woman and told her that my spouse and I had automotive shops in the past and was looking for a place I could trust. She highly recommended Gateway! I am so happy she did! My car got towed in and Derrick worked out a time and estimate. They put in a new Alternator and got me on the road in a reasonable amount of time and $. Brake line repair seems to have been done fine. No real way I can check under the car on that. Customer service is excellent and responsive. For some reason the tech said the battery needed to be replaced. We declined, knowing it was only two years old. When we checked it on the battery tester at home, sure enough it was just fine and continues to hold its charge. So I don’t know what was going on with it in the shop. We’ll keep an eye on the alternator, though.

They looked out for vehicle. And now I feel relieved that my transmission won't have problems with hearing intense noisy. More friendly and professional than dealership! Thanks to team!

Brought my Honda pilot to this shop a few different times. Main work I had done was power steering rack replaced since mine was leaking. A couple of weeks later I started hearing a strange buzzing noise from the engine bay. Took it back to the shop twice and they could not figure out or recreate the issue, nonetheless they told me it was most likely the power steering pump and quoted me over $700 to replace. After researching it turned out to be a common noise from the PS pump due to a bad o ring. Got the new o ring for $5 from honda and changed it out myself, problem solved. After this bad diagnosis along with a couple of other issues, it was evident they just want to squeeze $ out of you , I decided to take my car elsewhere.
