was having some weird electrical issues after replacing a tail light and I’m not old with electrical issues, so I took it in and was quoted 108$ for the fix, it ended up being a fuse. was I upset over that cost for a fuse? not a bit, they went over my car from top to bottom and found a lot of issues that I needed to fix. I do most of my own repair work so this was a big deal for me to have all of my problems diagnosed, pictures taken and all sent to me for my records. They made that small repair worth every penny I paid. I will definitely go to them for all the stuff that I would rather have a professional fix and know it’s getting done right.

I was in the middle of a drive from Canada to San Diego and they were able to work with me and see me right away. Even with my predicament, they were honest and didn’t oversell me. I was able to get my car back faster than what they estimated it would take! Amazing service

Called on 2/13, spoke with Fidel and asked for a quote for certain repairs on a vehicle, was told he would call me back in a couple hours with the quote. It is now 2/20 and he never called me back. Edit based on response: I had Fidel read my phone number back to me to confirm he had my number correct. I also tried calling later in the day on 2/13 but before they closed and no one answered. I have not visited the shop previously, as a potential new customer - no thanks.

I feel sorry for them. They are BLIND. My neice took her car there after a ball joint failure. They wanted to change out the whole lower control arm not just the ball joint. $900 for one side. A pair of rock auto ball joints for $9.00 and a free ball joint press rental from Autozone, 2 hours later and she helped me do it and we were done with both sides. $347.00 just for the estimate and they missed the hole in the wheel that the lower control arm did when the ball joint broke. How is it possible to remove the wheel with a flat tire to write an estimate and miss a 1" hole in the wheel ? Stevie Wonder auto. "We see where no one can " You people are on an Island not on the moon. Seek professional repair elsewhere. Can you please tell me ? With a estimate for repairs how can your expert tecks not notice a flat tire and look a lottle farther to find why it is flat ? The air went somewhere correct ? The tire has a hole or the wheel has an issue ? You never even took the wheel off to write the estimate. How can you miss a 1" hole in a wheel ? If she said yes to the repair estimate and you started work the first thing is a call saying you need a new wheel not included in the quote. Please explaine how you miss a 1" hole ? People on the Island PLEASE cross the bridge and save some money.

I have always had a great experience when taking my vehicle to this shop. Everyone is always nice and they are upfront regarding how much it will cost to fix my vehicle. I trust that I am not being told my vehicle needs a repair when in fact it does not. It is also a definite plus that you can get a ride to and from work while your vehicle is getting serviced.
