I appreciate being able to schedule the oil change on my '96 Dodge Dakota to meet my need. Nick was able to meet my additional needs: blowing out the air fitlter/checking tire pressure/re-setting the 'check engine' light. He also researched/called with the phone # & location of a reputable used tire dealer in the Mt. Vernon area - I will need replace my front radial tires when I have the studded snow tires put on the truck in Nov. Way to go . . .

We had a total transmission rebuild in our 2001 F-250 Powerstroke truck. They got our truck in for inspection the minute we had it towed there. We were traveling out of state the following week and they had our truck completed by friday! On Saturday, the inline filter in the tranny line self destructed. They had us towed in first thing Monday and had it diagnosed and repaired by closing time the same day. They were very courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. The transmission shifts better than it ever has and we made our trip with no difficulties! We will use them again, and wil not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family!

They worked hard to work with the insurance company and thoroughly inspected my vehicle. Did not do any repairs that were not needed nor were extra parts put in just to change them. Great team at Gateway Transmissions. I would definately use them again for any of my car care needs.

Excellent customer service - even if unable to solve pesky eletrical problem, still willing to help in any way they can. Very open and honest - only do the work that is needed and no tacking on like other garages tend to do. I recommend them without reservation as they are honest and truly doing all they can to asssist with any issues going on with our vehicle, without over doing it.

A repair or service with Tim at the helm is as close to a guaranteed positive experience as a person is likely to get. As long as there are roads and cars and trucks that drive on them, I'll always be back to see you! Ken

I've always received prompt and excellent service. I trust their manager David Wright to give me an objective and honest appraisal of the automotive work necessary to be performed. Their cost of an oil change is higher than the numerous shops in the area but I am willing to pay the extra charge. I recommend Gateway unconditionally

I was very pleased with the job done on our motor home. Besides the scheduled alignment, they did a safety check which turned up a couple of minor issues which we needed to address.
