The pricing is good. They had my car for a month, and the cost was low. Miracle is a good help, and is very courteous.

Brennan was very knowledgeable and completely thorough. We went through every detail of my car and there was zero pressure. very professional and so great seeing a business take pictures to show evidence of what is going on with your car. no other place like it in town

Thank you for sharing, Ben! Brennan and the team greatly appreciate the feedback, and we look forward to serving you in the future.

We had issues with Max trying to charge way to much. He claiming I went in there screaming and demanding. Which is a lie. Was just trying to negotiate because another shop was charging us half the price. The car was taken apart . Jeff the office manager was cool we got along . He was trying to save the deal. When I got on the phone with Max to talk about the problem. He pretty much said he didn't care. Pay full price or get your car out or they were gonna charge us storage fees. So at that point I didn't reply hung up and decided to give some one else my business. When they put the parts back in the car disassembled. They didn't even put the right parts in it. I would not recommend this business to anyone especially if Max still work there. Everyone else was cool. Fyi I never once yelled or make a scene like he claims. I always kept my cool. Plenty of times I could've made a scene in front of the customers

Armando, We stand behind our response to your brother’s review, reprinted below for convenience. Your additional review reinforces the dishonest nature of your attempts at “just trying to negotiate”. Naturally the price of the used transmission at another shop was “half the price” of a custom-built remanufactured transmission with a 3 year 100,000 mile nationwide warranty that you were trying to get us to install in your work van. I am disappointed, that after repeatedly having your brother authorize repairs in bad faith only to attempt to negotiate the terms of the repairs weeks after, that you would resort to trying to dirty our name through misuse of Googles review platform. "Juan, thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with our shop. But let's face it: this is far from the real story. Aside from you rounding up prices by up to $1000, and you and your brother trying to play good-cop bad-cop with us for over a month, let's see what else you left out: When you visited our facility with a failed transmission in your vehicle, our Service Manager discussed the varying solutions to get your vehicle back on the road. Based on your need for reliability and longevity, you decided that a full rebuild with a three year, 100,000 mile Nationwide Warranty would be a more suitable option than a used transmission or attempting a minor patch repair, and signed your authorization to perform the rebuild. The Service Manager requested that you bring in a deposit to order parts, which you agreed to do. After three days passed, having not seen nor heard from you, we received a phone call from your brother, yelling at our Service Manager and demanding we box up the pieces of your transmission that had been removed and disassembled with your authorization, and that he had found a shop 40 miles away that would do it cheaper (with a one year in house warranty). Despite the unprompted belligerent nature of your brothers phone call, our team calmly discussed with you the authorized repair, and you revealed that although your situation had changed since asking us to rebuild your transmission, you were uncomfortable with the unknown quality and lesser warranty of the other shop and would love to see if we could revert to one of the other options previously offered by your Service Advisor. At the end of the conversation, you decided you would attempt to speak with your brother and see if he would agree to a less expensive repair option. Over a week later, you reached back out to us and said the two of you were in agreement on performing the repair, and that you would be in that day to make the deposit, which you again did not do. We did not see or hear from you for five days after that call. On the fifth day, your brother arrived at our facility, demanding that we apply an additional discount on the most recently agreed upon repair and that he would pay for it in full, on the spot. When that was declined, he stated that he would make the deposit for the repair. Due to the great lapses in communication and the unreliable nature of commitments made by you and your brother, we requested that the repair be paid for in full as he had offered. When faced with that, your brother returned to his request that we box up your parts and prepare the vehicle to be towed away, which we did as requested. We are sorry that the way you chose to approach the communications throughout this transaction did not result in the quality repair you had hoped for. We wish you luck with your future repairs and with your new business."

I felt pressured to by calipers that my other mechanic said I didn't need. I was originally tempted by their sale on brake installation with brakes and pads.

Paula, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We strive to ensure clear communication of any safety or maintenance needs, including performing and sharing with you a digital visual inspection, complete with photographs documenting the condition of your brake system. In this instance, there was evidence of your brake calipers sticking, causing uneven brake wear. In your case, one side of the brakes were worn twice as thin as the other side. While some mechanics may replace only the worn brake pads, or may not even notice the uneven brake pad wear without performing a complete inspection, our goal is to provide you with a safe, long lasting repair based on your driving needs and taking into consideration the documented condition of the system components. I truly apologize that any part of communicating this to you made you feel pressured, that is never our intention. If you are available to return to the shop, we would be more than happy to show you the basis for our recommendation in person.

These guys where up charging me right away didn’t offer any other solutions just 6500$ for a3year warranty until I was like I can’t swing that price then there like let me see what I can do and they came back with 1 year warranty for 5000$ and I almost said yeah until my brother was like hold up that’s not right they should have offered you this option in the first place but ,at the end of day my brother said screw these guys cause this guy Max was very disrespectful and told my brother no you need to pay the whole thing befor we even work on the car so my brother said nope I’m taking the truck and max said yeah you need to take it or we’re gonna charge you storage fees so we had to pay 1600$ just to get it to another place ,this guy Max is very unprofessional and must be fired I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there it’s a rip off. And Max will up charge anyone that goes in there so beware of the place and to top it off he basically bullied us out of the shop saying to get your car out or you will be charged everyday it’s here and I tried to just tell him just to give me a one year warranty and he still bullied us to making us pay all or nothing he should be fired for his bullying and unprofessional behavior and manners please beware of this guy he seams nice but as soon as he thinks you don’t want to take his deal of 3year warranty your not worth his time and will make you leave and will charge you extra for getting your truck or car out Maxy must not be trusted and fired on the spot!!!!!
