We have taken our vehicle to Gateway since we moved to Mt Vernon a year ago. Recently our son needed to have an issue with his 2013 Audi A4 diagnosis and repaired, after the auto service company in Seattle that he normally uses couldn’t figure out the problem. Jeff and the team at Gateway did a thorough service history review of the car to determine what the likely causes could be. Next they physically inspected the car and correctly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. The Gateway team is exceedingly professional and friendly! They kept us informed about the progress of the job throughout the process. We are so impressed with how much they care about their customer’s satisfaction which shows in the quality of service they provide! We will never trust another repair shop with our vehicles! My alternator broke and I called Gateway early Tuesday morning. They said I could bring my car in and so I did. Within 30 minutes, they checked the system, diagnosed the problem, and gave a reasonable quote. Within the day, my car was repaired. The team was quick, kind, and competent.
