I am hesitant to do this; however I was the nieve desperate female. Positive got me in next day I called. I gave the issues that occurred repeatedly three or four in last month. Which about five months ago mechanic said may be issue and I told Gateway that. They said that not issue.Negative.. Came back with entire different issues total over $5000. I said picking up car and getting rid of it. Actually got second opinion. It WAS part of the issue I thought and was told five months ago and cost $2000. I'm sorry to leave this. Went two weeks without car. Daughter took me to work. Roommate picked me up.

We have taken our vehicle to Gateway since we moved to Mt Vernon a year ago. Recently our son needed to have an issue with his 2013 Audi A4 diagnosis and repaired, after the auto service company in Seattle that he normally uses couldn’t figure out the problem. Jeff and the team at Gateway did a thorough service history review of the car to determine what the likely causes could be. Next they physically inspected the car and correctly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. The Gateway team is exceedingly professional and friendly! They kept us informed about the progress of the job throughout the process. My alternator broke and I called Gateway early Tuesday morning. They said I could bring my car in and so I did. Within 30 minutes, they checked the system, diagnosed the problem, and gave a reasonable quote. Within the day, my car was repaired. The team was quick, kind, and competent.
