Heard a loud clicking noise coming from the engine. The head technician knew right away what the problem was: the flex plate. After the transmission work was completed, David Wright, Facility Manager, recommended a tune-up. I added a request for an oil change. David also informed me about Sea-foam, the additive cleaner for the gasoline tank. The car is running smoothly. This shop continues to impress.
