The service I received from both the front office and in the shop was professional as always. They also advised me of two areas where they detected small oil leaks that they are tracking. This helps me be aware of a future repair so I won't be 'blindsided' when it requires the necessary repair in the future.

Took my wife's car in b/c of a check engine light coming on. I like that they don't just through parts at a problem. They troubleshoot step by step to help save you money on parts you don't need to replace. Would recommend anyone wanting good quality work done on your vehicle in oak harbor to use this shop!

the shop fellows are down to earth up front honest and give helpful ideas for you to get more out of your vehicle and make its life last, Financially they work with you no tricks or extras very knowledgeable and my gut feeling when I went around town in person to talk to places for my complicated truck problem was 100% trusted them and they dont come off over polite or sappy its raw upfront no b s talk but with respect. Had my truck back very next day. Awesome place would recommend checking here out and compare to others you will be happy with the service.

My car overheated just as I was getting ready to leave town for a conference. Not a great thing but at least it happened while I was still in Mount Vernon and not on the freeway. I called Mount Vernon Towing right away and explained my situation. They not only came to tow my car into their facility in what I would call record time, but they provided me with a loaner so I could be on my way to my conference.
