I brought my wife's vehicle to Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmissions a few months back. The fact that I CAME BACK and brought MY vehicle in this week says Everything! Thanks for the TERRIFIC Service!

I went to the Gateway Transmission in Oak Harbor. Dave was really honest about the work that he was doing. He assured me that he wasn't going to just throw parts at my car to see if it would fix it and then just charge me. He actually took the time to inspect the vehicle to see the damage and change it out. He even guaranteed me that if the part he did change didn't fix the issue, it would be paid for by them. I really love their honesty and service. I would definitely recommend them and go to them again if I have any other issues.

My broken truck was towed to the shop. They got me fixed and back on the road in 24 hours, while communicating with me what they found, my options and estimate on cost. I like not having surprises when I get to the check out counter!
