This was my second appointment at Vollans and I couldn't be happier with the work. Most shops balk at the idea of installing something that wasn't purchased through them, but Tim was all over it. The install was done on time and actually cost less than the quote. My truck looks and drives great.

I have have a couple of issues 1. I was quoted 900.00 dollars and was not called on the higher price 2. When I came in on Friday day your employees said it would be done by Monday did not get it until Tuesday. The work it self was fine everything tested out fine this weekend no problems found. Will be in for check up in a few days. James Crook

Talk with tech the first time and just by my info to him he told me what he was sure of the problem. Took car in and they looked same day, told me what was wrong just like tech had said, ordered parts and had car done before noon next day. I took on test dirve and problem was corrected, great job

I AM A RURAL MAIL CARRIER THAT MUST HAVE A WORKING VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES TO DELIVER MY ROUTE. MT VERNON TOWING & AUTO REPAIR USES TOP NOTCH PARTS AND DOES THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME SO THAT I CAN STAY SAFELY AND RELIABLY ON THE ROAD. AND THEY EVEN PROVIDE A VERY NICE LOANER VEHICLE TO KEEP MY PAYCHECK COMING IN! IF I NEED A TOW, THEY ARE THE FASTEST AND CHEAPEST BECAUSE THE DRIVERS ARE PART OF THE COMPANY. I'VE NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT, BUR THEIR EXPERTS ALWAYS HAVE TAKEN CARE OF ME RIGHT AWAY! THEIR PUBLIC RELATIONS TECHS ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN!

Carol said this business did a good job and was very nice. She was up front telling Tim she needed to have the air conditioning recharged and was short on money. She was unhappy that they took additional time to check over her vehicle. They gave her check list with a million things that needed to be repaired.

Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmissions troubleshot my problem with my vehicle and they helped me through what we found afterwards. They were very professional and timely with their work. It was my second time going to them and I have had good experiences thus far. I would definitely recommend them to others if I have the chance.

Road hazard created hole in oil pan...not to worry, took vehicle to Max at Car Care Clinic at Gateway and had it back the next day...new pan, fresh oil, and a warm smile from Bill. These folks are the BEST, always my "go to" for vehicle questions, service or mechanical issues! Thank you!
